The client need: UXCC was looking for part-time social media and community management support. They had limited marketing bandwidth and resources.

My responsibilities:

  • Drive social media strategy, messaging, and content creation to amplify UXCC
  • Create and distribute weekly email newsletter to prospects and current students
  • Build landing pages and corresponding ad units to test within LinkedIn
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across SEO and editorial

The outcome: The company’s LinkedIn account has grown to almost 45,000 followers, and they see an average of 40-50% open rates on their email campaigns.
