The client need: Brain Traffic was looking for support managing marketing across two events: Confab (content strategy conference) and Button (content design conference). Their initial goals were to grow brand awareness and boost ticket sales.
My responsibilities:
- Manage event email campaigns for prospective and registered attendees
- Solidify and execute blog strategy using a network of contributors and conference speakers
- Curate social media content calendar
- Consult on website content strategy
- Build marketing landing pages
- Facilitate virtual events for 200-600+ registrants
The outcome:
- I helped the team launch their first blog, resulting in positive website traffic growth and social sharing
- The Button conference email list has doubled as a result of consistent, value-driven campaigns
